Just published: my new book, icluding OpenDCL chapter

Hi, my book in English "AutoCAD expert's Visual LISP" that includes a chapter on Open DCL has just been published.
Its last Chapter (49 pages) includes a Tutorial about developing an application that includes a Palette form with a Tree control.
The book deals with other topics like 3D programming, including the creation and editing of MESH objects.
Some of these contents are explained in my AU2012 Virtual class "LISP your MESH to Shape!"
