Command:
kbKeynotes
This program started out as a keynote and keynote legend generator but has evolved into a complete annotation Mananger. The Notes are defined and stored in the Project.key file.
You can create Keynotes and legends, Notes with leaders or just plain Mtext Objects all tied dynamically to the Project.key file. When a project drawing is first opened the program syncronizes
the drawing to the key file. If a note has been changed in the key file it will automatically be updated in the drawing. If the key has been deleted, the note is turned red to alert the user of the
situation for remedy.
The form contains buttons for adding and managing keyed Notes and Annotation which are explained at the end of this document. All keyed Notess and Annotation are displayed in a list, keyed notes are divided up into Divisions which can filter
the keyed Note list for that particular division. A preview is provided for lengthy Notes.
