User input required with flashing control

I had a project where I requited some user input on a form.
I wanted to draw some attention to the control that requited input, so I wanted to flash a nice annoying red box around it.
Getting the control to flash on/off (a PicBox in this case) wasn't as straight forward as I would of expected it to be, but with some help from "THE MAN" (Owen), we got it working.
So I thought I'd put together a small example showing how to make a control flash on/off.

Hopefully it will be useful to someone else, enjoy.

Thats pretty nifty. 8)  I would never have thought of that.  I just usually hide the OK button but yours is much more exciting!  Thanks for the code.
