Frame text showing with white background, no visual styles

I looked through the posts and bugs, did not see this, might be a known thing though...
Using latest 6 build, on a fresh project, frame text shows as in attachment.
Visual styles do not affect the issue.
I am on win xp 32bit, sp3.

After a bit of tweaking, I've fixed this in AutoCAD at runtime; but I'm having trouble getting it to display correctly in Studio.

Yes, I'm still waiting on the next Bricscad beta, but if they don't release it soon, I'll move ahead without them.
