Ampersand sign " & " in Label Caption

Hi.
How can I write " & " sign as it is in the Label Caption?
It changes to small " _ ".

Then why single "&" changes to "_"?

The ampersand is used to signify the accelerator for a control. It can be disabled, and perhaps should be. I'm not sure that it serves any purpose in OpenDCL dialogs.
