Picture fit

I cant get this wmf wich is smaller then the picture box to stretch.

waste days around this problem... can anyone help?

Can you post some files that I can use to reproduce the problem?

Here goes an example.

It looks like a recent change introduced a bug so that LoadPictureFile only shrinks pictures. I've fixed it now for the next build so that pictures are also stretched when necessary.
