ToolTip Title Color

In the  Control Browser under "ToolTip Title Color" the functions are listed incorrectly

They are listed as:

(dcl_Control_GetToolTipPicture )

and

(dcl_Control_SetToolTipPicture NewValue [as Color])

I think that they should be:

"dcl_Control_SetToolTipTitleColor"

Good catch. This is now fixed for the next build.
