Error executing

When I run a routine sends me an error:
"Command" _OPENDCL)
_OPENDCL Unknown command "OpenDCL." Press F1 for help. "
On the PC where the installed OpenDCL, the routine runs correctly.
What is wrong?
It must be installed OpenDCL in all PCs?
