There is a solution provided for the problems with these controls in a new version?
It's very difficult to work with PictureBox in OpenDCL Studio 6.0.1.3

I don't see any problem in the image that you attached. If you're referring to the display order issues with overlapping controls, I have discussed those before, and I don't anticipate any changes in OpenDCL 6.
