help to get my project to launch

i made a control bar that i load manually everytime i start autocad
and the features that is has, needs to have the control bar lisp loaded with each drawing. i have done that, it loads with each dwg via the acaddoc.lsp
however i still cannot get the control bar itself to load on acad startup. putting it in the acad.lsp isnt working.

anyone have any suggestions?

Just load the lisp and show the form in one fell swoop from acaddoc.lsp.  This will show the control bar initially, then do nothing on subsequent loads.
