Acad2K4 vs BricsV11 and drawing take focus

Acad2K4 needs 1 click in the graphic screen to recover focus when moving off of a control bar. This makes trouble because this click makes a new selection...
BricsCadV11 acquires focus such that the cursor is active in the drawings screen without one click.
Is this fixed for later versions of Acad? Is there a work around for Acad2K4?

Can you attach a simple example and instructions to reproduce the problem? I tested the _masterdemo control bar (docked) and could not reproduce the problem.
