MSM merge module

I have been using Innosetup and the .msi per the tutorial just fine. But now I am being advised to provide an MSM merge module instead. (This is for submitting an app to the Autodesk AppStore.) I have no idea how to create one. Any help for that here?

Oh. It's not a "create", it's a "find and download" deal. Found it by googling. Never mind.
