OPENDCL can achieve such a dialog box?

If you want other members to help, please do not address questions to me. If you are referring to the submenu, yes, OpenDCL can make a menu. It is simply a modal form with no title and no border.

...or you try to build a menu in a cuix and call it on demand. Please have a look at the FAQ, there is a sample of context menu.
