submenu from a ControlBar

I managed to create a submenu from a ControlBar.
I hope this helps to show great capacity for OpenDCL.
I worked with resources below.

- dcl_Form_GetControlArea
- dcl_GetMouseCoords
- OnMouseMovedOff
- OnMouseEntered
- OnClose

Where possible I'll post the code here.
