How in palette initialization time set up automatic hidden, not need to manually to click on.

It's generally best to leave the palette state management and settings up to AutoCAD and the end user's preferences. I think the only way to control the startup state and settings is to write it to the user's profile (.aws file) *before* showing the palette.
