SetObjectId of interface IAcadBaseObject failed

IAcadBaseObject failed

I get this error one time right after loading. The second time the executed event functions correctly.

Any ideas?

No idea. I think that one's going to require a sample and AutoCAD version info that I can use to reproduce the error.
