Toggles are getting darker

Hello,

can somebody reproduce this? When I have many toggles on a form and I toggle some off and then I toggle some on the toggle before last I toggled on is getting a bit darker.
Have a look at the GIF or at the example.

I can't open "global.odcl", "Failed to open document" has displayed.

Hello, you need OpenDCL 5.0.0.5 or higher to open.
This project file cannot be opened using OpenDCL 5.0.0.3.
