can add or delete new tabstrip at runtime ?

Yesterday, I saw someone made the "add with name and delete Tabstrip of ListView " at runtime,
may be in ARX.

Can OpenDCL do this?

I'm not sure I understand the question. You can show and hide tabs from an OpenDCL tabstrip control at runtime, but you cannot create new tab pages at runtime.
