It looks fine to me in the 3 main browsers.
Does it work if he switched to the English theme?
Is his Firefox up-to-date?
Does he have some strange add-on's installed?

I have the same problem again, but I found a difference:

It does not depend upon the browser, it depends upon "login":
- Logged in: IE and FF display no posting
- Logged out: IE and FF display the posting

Maybe it happens, when it is a new user with his first posting? (Happened in may, happens now)
