OpenDCL files for different languages

Can someone point me to a tutorial or doc that will show me how I deploy my OpenDCL dialogs in different languages? I have to support English, German and French initially and am wondering the best way to handle the dialog strings for translation. Do I need to have 3 dialog screens to represent each language or are there resource files for the dialogs?

Any info would be helpful.
