Help stopped working

The help in my Studio stopped working. When I click on any topic, I get the error:

Web Browser
Unable to download .
Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.
Please try again later.

I have reinstalled the latest Studio. Then also installed MSXML 3, 4, and 6.
Still nothing.

Any thoughts?

Hi, can you open any other chm?
Can you open the same chm from any other place?

Ah yes, sorry, this does seem bigger than just OpenDCL.
Something is definitely wrong with the Windows install.
Sorry for the false alarm!
