dcl-InsertBlock: more possibilities?

The current syntax is:
(dcl-InsertBlock strDwgFilePath [als String] {ptInsertionPoint [als 3DPoint]} {reaRotation [als Float]} {strBlockName [als String]})
It would be nice to add the rest of the settings:
- insert exploded
- insert with Scale X / Y / Z

You should add this as a {2}.
