animated gif in tooltips?

I use images in the tooltips. Is it possible that this image is an animated gif?

Animated tooltips are not possible in the current version. I think very old versions of the original ObjectDCL did support tooltip animations, and there might be an open feature request or bug report about this, but at this time there are no plans to implement animated tooltips.
