max/min dialog

is there a way to maximize or minimize the size of the dialog like in Windows with two buttons (max/min)??

You have to implement this as part of the form. Take a look at the Mover sample (OPENDCLDEMO -> Advanced -> Mover), maybe that will give you some ideas.
