Initialise Dockable Form in floating state

Hi

A couple of questions:

Is it possible to initialise a dockable form in a floating state , so it appears like a modeless form from the start?

If initialising a few dockable forms at once, say docked to the left side of the screen.  Is there a way to control the "stacked" order they appear?
