Lost Docked ToolBar

Win7 32 Acad2004
After a crash I can no longer see my 2nd docked tool bar. I must be 100 miles off screen. It reports to be active and visible. Is there some way to get it back?

Found lost tool bar!!!

The end of a exported profile.arg was corrupted. That is where docked control bar positions where stored back when menus were .mns files..
When cui files came to be they were used for storing control bar positions.

In .arg, Delete from  "__BEGIN_PROFILE_STORAGE_R16__" to the end of the file to clear corruption.
