Installing new does not remove previous uninstall-string?

I use "Uninstallview" by Nirsoft:

a) I removed all my OpenDCL-Studio
b) I Installed 8.0.013 German. UninstallView shows the entries for 8.0.0.13
c) I installed 9.0.0.105 English. Uninstall View show now both entries
