GstarCAD 2019 (181026) Support

Hello

In new version of GstarCAD 2019, build 181026. OpenDCL doesn't load automatically at start. Manually it works, when i loaded grx file. Could you help me with this problem ?

If you installed GstarCAD 2019 after OpenDCL was installed, you may need to repair OpenDCL.
