Custom entity info on an object

Dear Forum Support,

I am building an application where it would be nice to have a custom tooltip or custom menu appear when you hover on selected CAD objects.

Is it possible to link an OpenDCL modeless menu to an entity, so that a hover near the entity will trigger a modeless dialog?

Probably reactors?

I don't think it is possible by lisp, unless there is some clever trick that I'm not aware of.
