Is it possible to load an image from the Project Picture Folder rather than an explicit folder location? Or is there another way to resize the picture to take into account display scaling?

To show a project picture folder image, use the {2} property.

Problem is, I want to to be able to stretch it to allow for display scaling and this appears to be only available with PictureBox-LoadPictureFile.
