Problems with Palettes

Ok, I am having a slight problem with the files attached, I keep getting an error: invalid AutoCAD command: nil when I try to start the routine from the toll palette that I have setup, but if I call the function from the command line, it works, any ideas?

Please see attached files, I don't understand what I am doing wrong.

Set "Event Invoke" to 1.
