Odd DIsplay Results

I am getting some very odd display results (please see attached image)

I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out why, I have attached the LSP & ODCL file here as well, this is very frustrating.

Thx for the heads-up. This is a known issue with the new 2009 color schemes...

So what do I do, this happens, even when floating for me and this is with a dockable form, not the palette, the palette has too many issues to use right now.

After relooking at that thread, that is not the problem that I am having, my problem is my drawing objects are off from where they should be displayed., the dockable window displays fine.

Can you provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem?
