Problem with images

I'm trying to change the images in the attached odcl file and get an error with the program closing with the send report dialog.  Do you want me to send a report?  Does this function work?

I tried "replaceing" the images, but that didn't work.  So I deleted and then re-imported them, but when I tried to update the graphic buttons I got the same error.  I hope this is enough info to figure what's going on.  Besides this .24 has been operating as expected.  Once I figured out the palette thing everything works great!  The only other thing with palettes is they always open expanded.  Can you add a 'isExpanded property and then we can deal with that via the registry?

The error report goes to Microsoft, so it won't be much use to me.  Please describe step-by-step what I need to do to reproduce the error.  Regarding palettes, I haven't yet figured out how to control them programmatically.

Using the Picture Folder dialog in the editor, "change" one of the images associated with a graphic button, say 102.  Notice the graphic button goes blank.  Open up the wizard for that button, choose another image, then hit apply: bam.  That's when mine closes with the error.
