Same HtmlControl

Hi 
This subject is not of this forum but I need a help. 
Somebody knows a software to create a same interface HtmlControl. 
Attention I need him to work out of AutoCAD.

Are you asking about OpenDCL?
If so yes, it can display an HTML control in AutoCAD

Not I don't speak about OpenDCL. 
I am seeking a software that makes the same thing without AutoCAD.

You can use the ActiveX control.
My system has "Microsoft web Browser" but you could also Google HTML ActiveX controls..
