Beta version number -> OpenDCL Titlebar

Version 5.0.1.3 has now caught up on the About OpenDCL.
Would not it be nice to display the current beta version in the title bar.
If this was easy to do, it may make updating version notification in other locations
not so important.

Customizing the title bar text is a royal pain, because MFC manages that. It uses the application name in multiple places for different things, so adding the version number would likely have some unwanted side effects.The problem with beta 2 was simply that my attempt at automating the build number change wasn't quite complete; I think I've got it down now.

I am glad that automatic is now working. :)
