Palette and Control Bar Size

The Properties dcl_Control_SetWidth and dcl_Form_Resize in Control Bar and Palette, don't work when the forms are anchored. 
This this correct one?

That is correct. When control bars and palettes are anchored, their size is controlled by the frame that holds them.

Can this be noted in the Help file to avoid future confusion?

Can we expect the behavior of same Palette in OpenDCL and AutoCAD? 
AutoHide and Anchorage for instance?
