OpenDCL save new project and titlebar filename update

Beta 5

Launch OpenDCL
Start a new project
Save to new filename
Titlebar still shows untitled
Open the filename just saved
Titlebar still shows untitled
Close OpenDCL
ReOpen OpenDCL
Open filename just saved
TitleBar now shows full path.

This should now be fixed in Beta 6.
