New logo for OpenDCL...

You may have noticed there was some questions raised over the current OpenDCL logo recently.
Because of this, does OpenDCL need a new logo?

I said Yes,  Might as well do it now rather than later.  Maybe something that looks like a little dialogbox?  I'm no designer I just get paid to do it.  :P
