OpenDCL Studio crashes when moving controls

[using 5.0.2.1 on XP SP 3]

I ask you, some of the testers, to explicitly moving and resizing multiple and single selected controls using properties pane (left, top, height, width). I had just 5 or 6 crashes within the last hour. I ask you to help me to isolate the conditions WHEN it happens. It's not reproducable at the first time and it does not depend on a certain project: Even when you move the same control after reopening the project after restarting OpenDCL Studio it works as expected With the same values it crashes before. So I cannot add a bug report until I know why or when it happens.

Sample project when I had multiple crashes: Sample folder, ToolTip.odcl, control Label5. I changed the values for left, top, height, width step by step to a new postion and size (24, 188, 38, 136). The problem did not occur while moving or resizing with the mouse.

Thanks for helping. Can anybody reproduce this?

YA I've noticed that once in a while too, but could never track it down.

Ok, try this:

• sample folder, misc.odcl, misc tab


• change some captions on the left hand side of the form


• select all the labels within the frame of image buttons by picking on screen (not in the z/Tab-pane)


• change the width for these selected controls in the property pane to 132 press enter to apply


• change the width for these selected controls in the property pane to 134 press enter to apply

at the last point I got this message:

Good work! I've found and fixed the problem for RC2.

So I guess I don't need to say that I can confim the issue. :)
