labels and text no longer resize! ugh!

I had to reload onto a new computer.....
This is regarding objectDCL 2003 and older editor...

when doing form design within the editor labels, and buttons no longer will resize...

They will insert at size desired by draging, but then no longer will change size.

Any thoughts? I am really stuck here. yuck.

oddly enought the issue is with a dual monitor setup....

useing the editor in secondary monitor does not work...
Simply draging the editor to primary monitor, and everything instantly works correctly...

So much for trying to be more productive!

Do you have the same problem in OpenDCL 5?
