Palette Example

Could anybody show me please a Palette working with the anchorage options? 
Him always Trabalaha as standard Pallete of AutoCAD? 
I could not still work with this and the help would be very important for a decision that I need to take.

Which version of OpenDCL are you using?  What exactly happens when you try to anchor the palette?

I still work with OpenDCL 4.1.2.2. 
I simulated a Palette using Dockable Form. 
I need to know if her a Palette Form can work in the same way in OpenDCL 5... 
I posted the files and an image to show this.
