installing updates

The last few OpenDCL updates required running the installer a second time and doing a repair to fix this problem:

own command "OPENDCL".  Press F1 for help.
Command: ; error: no function definition: DCL_PROJECT_LOAD

A number of people are reporting similar issues, but so far I haven't been able to reproduce the problem.

Are you on WinXP 64 bit?
Are you installing the Studio or the Runtime?
