Closing Icon in OpenDCL 5.1.2.3

The problem with the closing Icon this happening with all the forms maids with OpenDCL 5.1.2.3 in my computer with Windows XP.

This is now fixed for the next build. In the meantime, setting an icon for the dialog also revives the close button.
