Yes, that problem is already fixed for Alpha 5.

You'll have to install Alpha 5, which will be released over the weekend.

I notice though that Control Bar doesn't work at all with BricsCAD. Could you shed some light regarding this?

Support for the control bar in Bricscad depends on Bricsys adding the API for dockable control bars.

This problem was solved with OpenDCL 6.0.0.5.
I tested with AutoCAD 2006 2009 and 2010.
