Cannot the property Background Color fill out the whole space of Palette and Control Bar?

The situation should be improved in Alpha 5, with only a very small border that is not affected.

Great work the situation of the property Background Color was very gotten better for Control Bar and Palette in OpenDCL 6.0.0.5.
Could you make the same with the property Top?
I posted an image to show this.

That is not possible because the border area is used by the "host" dialog, which automatically sizes the form to fit inside its client area.
