What color can I use how transparent in the bottom of an image?
Would it be exactly equal BackColor -24 of a PicutreBox?

I think you're asking about color: 192,192,192 in .bmp files....

.jpg doesn't work because it gets compressed and changes the colors. So your 192,192,192 can become something like 193,192,193...
